With Medical Oversight, Care Home By RNs is a partner in reducing readmissions to ER or hospital. Our experienced team of professional Care Home Caregivers are supported by on-call RNs/LVNs which allows us to meet more challenging care needs such as dementia, diabetes, injections, ostomies, catheters, oxygen use, wound care, hospice care, and much more.

Although not required by State Licensing, on-call Nurses with Medical Oversight support Caregivers. In the Board and Care Home, Senior care is delivered by a team of Caregivers trained by healthcare professionals.   

The Care Home By RNs business and care model may be the first and only Assisted Living Organization to offer ownership share to its qualified Caregivers.
